I took the 7 o'c train for Philadelphia to report in Johnson's shop for work on new process. I met Smith(?) and [Raymond] Gloetzner and Zip [= Siegfried Sanders] and Calvin Child and dear John [Smoot?].

On 18 December 1908 the new factory was officially opened although pressing started already in June 1908. (site had been chosen in Dec 1906; the lease was signed in May 1907. In May 1908 relaocation was begun)
